Is Urigus: room for your everyday life
In Is Urigus, looking for a home means discovering one of San Giovanni Suergiu’s communities.
An extra bedroom, a garden or your own entrance may change everyday life.
Immobiliare Mattesu helps you compare properties in the village, explaining their location, condition and included spaces.
Think about how kitchen, living room, bedrooms and courtyard work together.
Compare photographs with your needs and check journeys to San Giovanni Suergiu and Carbonia.
For homes with land, distinguish the living area from outdoor areas and establish boundaries and documented uses.
What kind of home do you have in mind?
- Main home: Start with your daily routines: travel, services and the spaces you will use each day.
- Holiday home: Consider outdoor spaces, when you will use the property and how it will be managed while you are away.
- Buying from abroad: Compare listings in your language and agree with the agency which information you need before travelling.
